 so this may be a bit OOC because I don’t really have very much experience writing with some of these characters, and I’m behind on watching Shippuden so I havn’t seen some of the character very often and thus it’s a bit harder for me to fully grasp their personality… please forgive me ^_^;  (I need to catch up quickly if I want to write good IC fics!)

       He closed his eyes as he lay on the small bed in his apartment room. The man’s hands were cupping the back of his head as he lay on  his back, staring up at the ceiling.

       He couldn’t have possibly done that. Not now, not after so long. 

       The man let out a sigh and pushed himself to a sitting position. His black hair fell into his eyes, hiding his face from the other man who stood in the doorway.

       ”Itachi. we need to get going.” The blond shifted his head towards the door. “Like it or not, we’ve still got things to do. We’ll deal with this later.”

       ”Right.” He stood to his feet and pushed past the other man. Walking to the door he grabbed his keys and coat. “Come on Deidera, you’re the one who said we need to get going.” He pulled his coat on and stepped into the hallway. 

       ”I know what I said.” Deidera scowled as he followed after Itachi. “You’re the one sitting here, moping about your brother.”

       ”I don’t mope.” Itachi pulled his keys out of his jean pockets and locked his apartment door. Turning around he made his way to the elevator waiting for it to come up to the floor.
